I am Elvira Houska and I'm a birth doula in Fairmont, MN. Also I am a mother to a 3 wonderful boys and they are my everything. I loved all my pregnancies and had 3 very different birth experiences. I took an interest in becoming a doula after I had my third baby and realizing that can be my last baby but I knew I wanted to keep seeing newborns. While pregnancy can be joyful and exciting it also can be very challenging and scary at times. Doulas can help to ease pregnancy and birth related fear and uncertainties, that is why I decided to become a doula and be that support for women. I'm passionate about helping new parents feel confident, informed, and prepared for everything to do with pregnancy, birth and babies in general. My goal is to help you feel amazing about your experience - no matter what it looks like. I truly believe that every birthing experience is unique and special and I am dedicated to ensuring that you feel heard, supported, and nurtured throughout your birthing journey.
